Rtk 1971 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") provides an online Sports Betting and gaming service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between rtk 1971 and its users ("Members").

By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

• These Terms & Conditions are published in Bengali and governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless the "Cash Out" option is available.

• If a match or event is cancelled, all stakes placed on that event will be refunded.
• We reserve the right to investigate any unusual betting patterns detected across multiple accounts on the same event.
• All decisions to accept or reject bets in live betting are final.

Any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet must be reported to our support team within 72 hours of the result being published. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

Rtk 1971 supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500, with a set maximum daily limit.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours.
• The payment method used for withdrawals must match the method used for deposits.
• Large withdrawals may be put on hold until KYC verification is completed.
• We reserve the right to place accounts under investigation in cases of suspected fraud or suspicious transactions.

Rtk 1971 regularly offers attractive bonuses and promotions. However, each bonus comes with specific conditions that must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies once on the first deposit.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement (rollover multiplier) that must be met before withdrawal.
• Bets placed using bonus funds must generally meet a specified minimum odds requirement.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus will be voided and the account will be subject to investigation.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once the promotion expires.
• Using the same bonus across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

• Deposit Limits: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: You can temporarily suspend your own account for a set period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break ranging from 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Any account found to belong to a user under 18 will be closed immediately.

Rtk 1971 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Misuse of any bonus or promotion.
• Involvement in fraudulent or deceptive activities.
• Threatening or abusive behavior toward other members or staff.

Upon account closure, any legitimate balance will be returned to the member, excluding bonus-related amounts. Members may also request to close their account at any time.

For any dispute or complaint, we always try to reach a resolution through direct communication first. Our customer service team is here for you every step of the way.

• All complaints must be submitted in writing to the support team within 72 hours of the incident.
• Rtk 1971 will provide an initial response within 5 business days.
• Complex disputes may take up to 15 business days to resolve.
• Users will have the option to appeal decisions made by rtk 1971 through a third party.
